Our estimator gives an indicative range for ordinary security assignments. Staff allocation can change the final rate within that range. We review the site, availability and requirements, then agree a fixed quote before you commit. We are not VAT-registered and do not charge VAT.

Four hours minimum per operative. Standard travel within the core area, routine coordination and the agreed shift report are included. Specialist equipment or duties are separately agreed before booking.
Hourly service time premiums
All times are London local time. Only the highest applicable premium is charged to each portion of the shift.

Overnight shifts are split at price boundaries. A Saturday night has a £7 premium, not £7 plus £5. Bank holidays supersede night and weekend premiums. Calendar dates use the official England and Wales calendar, checked 6 September 2026 and included through 2028; later dates need review.

The online guide uses the time you prepare the enquiry. The final notice band is confirmed when the booking is accepted. The fee applies once per operative to the first urgent shift, not to every hour or subsequent pre-agreed shift. It may combine with a time premium. It does not guarantee availability or a response time.
Minimum charge and extensions
If you request fewer than four hours, the remaining minimum-charge hours are priced at the base rate plus the premium applicable at the shift’s start. This adjustment is shown separately. Actual work is calculated by elapsed time, including clock changes. Extensions require agreement and are priced using their applicable time bands.
When we provide an individual quote
- Three or more operatives, shifts of 12 hours or more, or continuous cover.
- Postcodes outside W1, WC1–WC2, EC1–EC4, SW1, SE1 and N1.
- Christmas/New Year peak dates, specialist equipment or unusual duties.
- Assignments needing additional risk, supervision, staffing or access review.
Patrols, urgent checks and alarm response

These prices include nights and weekends. England bank holidays add 50% to the visit or callout rate. An alarm extension costs £20–£25 for each started extra 30 minutes, or £30–£37.50 for a block starting on a bank holiday. Attendance is measured on site. Christmas/New Year peak dates require an individual quote. Mobilisation is included in urgent checks and alarm response: the hourly short-notice fee does not apply.
Patrol estimates cover visits on one selected date, subject to route acceptance. Tell us each additional date for recurring schedules. Larger sites, additional officers, unsafe conditions, longer checks or ongoing guarding require a separate quote. Access, keys, authorisation and safe working arrangements must be agreed; alarm repair and forced entry are not included.
Travel, congestion and parking
Ordinary officer travel is included in hourly cover. Any necessary dedicated vehicle, congestion charge and parking are itemised and agreed before booking. The estimator shows a service subtotal: vehicle and parking charges are awaiting confirmation where required. A postcode alone does not establish whether a charge applies.
Shared patrol routes allocate actual vehicle costs fairly; we do not charge each customer the full daily congestion fee for the same vehicle. Parking is charged at actual cost within an agreed limit, without markup. We bear fines and late-payment penalties. Compliant vehicles are standard, with no routine ULEZ surcharge passed to customers.
For planning, the standard London Congestion Charge is £18 per chargeable vehicle/day. Vehicle eligibility, discounts, route and chargeable times must be checked before an actual cost is agreed. See TfL’s current Congestion Charge rules. No blanket Central London surcharge is added.
Event assignments
£34–£38 per operative/hour is a guide before time premiums and any hourly notice fee. Every event requires a staffing and risk review; the estimator requests a tailored quote rather than presenting an unapproved staffing plan.

How booking works
Send your enquiry on WhatsApp. We confirm staff availability, scope, arrival arrangements, a fixed price, payment terms and cancellation terms in writing. You then accept those terms. The estimator, message draft and an enquiry alone do not create a confirmed booking. We do not take payment through this website.
Changes or cancellations should be sent to 07401 498009 promptly. The terms agreed with your written booking confirmation apply; the estimator does not impose an automatic cancellation charge.
