The website estimator

Information entered in the estimator is processed in your browser and is not submitted to a website database. No advertising analytics or marketing cookies are used by this website. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the service.

When you select the WhatsApp enquiry link, your entered details and estimate are placed in a URL and passed to WhatsApp to prepare a message. You can review and send that message yourself. WhatsApp is a separate service with its own privacy policy. Do not include access codes, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in the estimator.

Responding to enquiries and delivering cover

We use the contact and assignment details you send to respond, assess requirements, prepare quotes and administer agreed bookings. Processing is based on taking steps at your request before a contract, performing an agreed contract, relevant legal obligations, and legitimate interests in managing enquiries and protecting the business. Relevant assignment information may be shared with the personnel or service providers needed to deliver an agreed booking.

Retention and your choices

Information is retained only as needed for the enquiry or booking, applicable record-keeping obligations and handling disputes. You can ask about retention for your enquiry, request access or correction, and ask for deletion or restriction where applicable. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Some records may need to be retained for legal reasons.
